Hi, I am at 207 and my goal is 190 by June. Finding it very hard to drop the weight. I know its mostly diet. I find I am always hungy and I am tracking and doing workouts every morning.

New here, just starting out. Exercising and keeping track of food. Watching the weight go up and down...thought I would have reached my first goal aldready. Looking for positive people in the same boat, we can do this together.

I would be jumping for joy if I had 10 lbs off. Good for you. Do you weight yourseld every day? I have been doign the 30 day shred and only lost 1.5 pounds.

I always have a healthy snack with me, liek Special K Crips. Just the security of knowing its there, rarely eat it. I just need to know I have an option.
