  • I weigh myself almost daily as well, I think it helps me keep myself aware. This way I know my normal weight fluctuations as well. 😊
  • I'm about 10 weeks along and somehow have lost 2 lbs. I'm trying not to overthink it and trust my maintaining calories. Right before getting pregnant I was just finishing up with losing 20lbs in about 4 months so maybe my body is still reacting? Idk gonna ask my ob if I should up my calories in a couple weeks.
