Did a warm up of 24 x 25m on 30s tonight. Then a main set of 8x 225m on 4 mins..was ok. Felt I had more to offer but love swimming I go if it's just me. And a top sauna after..Ohhhh yeah

Hey and well done all of you. Iv been away from swimming for 20 years and just got back into it. Did a half hour swim 3 weeks ago and managed 71 lengths, got an hour one on Saturday, (which I'm dreading). I'm a sprinter, well I was, but I'm finding the weight pouring off me which continually encourages me.

Nice one Bruce. I'm a sprinter by choice so distance is pretty hard for me but I'm getting there.

Il start...:). Did an hour last night, 8x200m, on 3 min 40s. Then some flipper sprints for 32 lengths with a 24 length build up/warm down..twice in the day, with 25 mins on the bike for good measure!!

Hi. Iv been doing this for 3 weeks now and lost 12lb. Also quit the *kitten* on boxing day and not had a beer since either. Swimming 9 times a week and gym 4 times too. Circuits twice and I'm on no takeaways! Loving it. Need inspiration though. Your all doing amazing by the way
