I highly recommend it. It is easy to follow. Simple exercises. But intense. I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 16lbs. I have a lot to lose.

I have been doing p90 for 3 weeks and love it. I had a starting weight 407.1. I can do 99% of the things they do. It's a great workout. Its been life changing. I'm down 16 lbs.
