I use a preloaded pedometer that won't sync but it's ok, I just enter any exercise manually.

Well I use a pedometer on my phone since its ALWAYS on me. Should I be logging those calories burned if it's normal for me?

Love this! ! And there's SO MUCH, you feel like you're eating a "real" meal. I still add a small potato but know as I lose it'll have to eventually go as my calorie goal will decrease

Oh yes. I relate strongly to this one. ...after losing the initial 10-15 lbs and feeling AMAZING only to realize that, well, you're still "fat"

I'm down to 1Tbsp sugar and 2 Tbsp creamer in my coffee! (Down from4-5 Tbsp and "oh that looks about enough " creamer) OH, and 25 days of logging on to MFP!!
