  • I came here for the same reason. I just went and had a look again - some foods score a 0, which is nonsense as most foods have salt/Na in them. So I agree you are understating the true value, but I guess it gets really important if you do a lot of exercise, in which case they have electrolyte drinks. But having a low score…
