Was guilt tripped into going to the gym this morning when I was grumpy and in a self loathing mood. my victory today is waking with my 1st alarm (extremely rare for me!) and heading straight to the gym instead of covering my head and going back to sleep.

Gyms finally re-opened again today here and I was excited to book a 4pm time. Nice to be back. My non-scale victory was that I stuck to a consistant home workout program the last 2 months and had the energy to keep up wth my old gym routines:)

Started a healthy habit calendar where I earn stars each time I stick to my habits. Each month I add 1 more habit. January thru April completed successfully.

So far so good for me this week. Hit my 7500 steps a weekday goal 3 out of 4 days. Tracking my food intake daily. Really helps to motivate me. Lost 2 lbs this past week

Excited to be part of this August challenge. Starting weight: 154.3 Goal weight: 146.6 Tuesday 1st: Tuesday 8th: Tuesday 15th: Tuesday 22nd: Tuesday 29th: What can you improve on: Increasing my step count of 7500 on weekdays and 10000 on weekends. Recording all food and drink intake daily.

Yesterday I felt hungry all day until I finally clued in that I had only had 1 glass of water in 16 hrs. Today much better had 4 750ml water bottles and was not turning to food at all. Reminder to self to focus on hydration just as much as exercise.
