  • I'm in! I dropped from 260 to 194 by going to a woman's Bootcamp and eventually switching to Orange Theory Fitness plus cutting back on caloric intake. Now doing a modified Atkins to try and trim fat! Needs to drink more water! CW: 203 GW : 17:smile: GW2: 170
  • I also love El Pollo Loco's Avacado salad (290 cals) + Light Cilantro Dressing (70 cals). Great for those times you need a quick meal or are too tired to cook! While a McDonald's kids meal is similar in calories, this salad is a much healthier choice :-)
  • Avacados and nuts (especially walnuts) are great sources of fats
  • I have done the cauliflower pizza crust amd actually liked it. I used low fat mozzarella cheese and egg whites... Helped keep the caloric count down.
