                Just dropping Soda and gained weight back. That's not typically what happens. To lose weight you need to expend more calories than you ingest. To gain weight to need to ingest more calories that you expend.

                Actually you want to keep one app running at one time. That way you have a truer Calorie Burned idea. Walking apps are based on a lower Heart Rate, which burns a lower amount of calories. Where as Running has a higher Heart Rate and burns more calories.                 Typically the Macros posted on the packaged are pre-cooked macros. As far as when you cook it some of the fat and grease drain out.
