Feel free to add me, I'm on holiday for the next 2 days so if I do log food it won't be home cooked but as soon as I'm back it'll be back to my usual veggie recipes :)

BMR is your base metabolic rate, so what you would need if you stayed in bed....my BMR is 1450, but on MFP my calorie goal is 1120 without exercise? That doesn't seem right
