190.4 - Hit a plateau for the past two weeks and had a really hard time loosing anything. Hopefully this will pass soon and I can get back on track!

192... Been a bad week with all 3 kids sick, so lots of quick easy meals which means more calories. Luckily all the running around for my sickies kept me from gaining anything. hoping next week is better!
