First dont get discouraged, keep a smile on your face. If you've been watching your calories minus another 100 and start there. If calories are at their bare minimum, try kicking up the exercise. Keep your head up and don't stop trying!

Remember the hardest part is the diet, and calorie deficit is king, macro nutrients are queen. Stay strong and I recommend finding your daily maintenance calories and staring there. Slowly start deducting calories even if it's only 5 less calories. Good luck my man

Don't get discouraged, sometimes we don't notice the change right away. Just know 20lbs is amazing and you've come a long way.
