Was able to achieve my goals yesterday and even went to the park and jogged 4.5 miles in 70 minutes which is about 15.5 minutes/mile. Great for me as I am a slow jogger. You know what I realized? I haven't felt GUILTY about my eating in a couple of months! Not that I haven't screwed up and eaten the wrong things, but focusing on positive goals and moving on each day has taken away a sense of guilt that I have been carrying for a really long time. I try to go at 5:30am in the morning. I don't eat before I go, but I do drink a large cup of coffee with cream and sweet and low. I don't want anything heavy on my stomach. After the work out, I drink a bottle of water. I don't usually eat until about 8:30 or 9.
