Thank you for sharing your story. I, too, am about to leave the hospital with more prescriptions and 250 lbs to lose. I was worried because physical exercise is difficult due to health issues, but your story reminds me that success starts in the kitchen (and in a change of thinking). Thank you, God bless :)
