Curly hair and thick thighs. Olive skin complexion.

Haha! I made that same mistake before. Pea protein is terrible, your best bet is to throw it out and look for an alternative that doesnt taste like smoothened saw dust.

Calories are a unit of energy. Your body gets energy from the food you eat. We tend to go to sleep a few hours after dinner, so you don't need 1500 calories worth of energy for 3 hours of leisure and then going to sleep. They recommend eating 500 calories before a heavy workout, so unless you're training for worlds…

You should definitely be eating lighter dinners. That is alot. What are you eating that's over 1400 calories?

As accurately as possible. I'm trying to get my numbers as accurate as possible, including vitamins and minerals.

I think it just means that someone filled out all the optional information when entering the food. It doesnt even mean the info is right, just that every field has a numerical value entered.

Can I change my answer?

Blueberries and coconut water. Coconut water tastes better than regular water and comes with a bunch of vitamins, especially a ton of potassium, which I've been having a hard time getting in my diet. It just sucks that it's so expensive.

I do. I'm trying to make sure I get all my vitamins and minerals as well, so I want to make sure I track everything. Certain ingredients that may not contain much calories might contain alot of vitamins or minerals. Like lettuce on a sandwich. I want to know everything is accounted for so my body is working at it's best.

Arms. Biceps are the worst to train for me. The pump doesnt feel good and it's just rough. I don't mind triceps though.

I just scanned the bottle and saved it to my inventory so every time I take them they're right there.
