  • I workout 7 days a week. My workouts vary. I normally workout at the gym doing cardio/weights. I like to mix it up and do other workouts as well; running, kickboxing, boot camp, etc... I also have equipment (free weights, kettle bell, Bosu ball, TRX) and DVD's at home that I do if I can't make it to the gym.
  • I'm in! I need some accountability. I'd like to lose 25-30 pounds.

  • I run and do P90X and work out with free weights and Bosu ball for my home workouts in addition to my gym workouts.   • Neither, you can eat whatever you want (in moderation). I tend to load up on veggies and I've been eating more organic, less processed foods too and notice I lose weight easier and I'm not as tired throughout the day.
