Mini quinoa lasange muffins??!!! That sounds like it could be one of the most amazing things ever!

I can't remember where I read it, but I read somewhere that fruit flavored gum helps with sweet cravings after a meal. It seems to work for me, and the one I have is only 4 calories

In a similar vein, no butter or flour deep dish cookie pie: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/05/31/deep-dish-cookie-pie/ This makes a large pie, so it's enough to feed at least 8. The one I made could have fed 12 without anyone feeling too hard done by.

It makes around 12, and for a serving for breakfast I have 2 of them, so in total it makes enough for 6 days worth of breakfasts.

Asian beef lettuce wraps: http://www.thecomfortofcooking.com/2012/10/asian-beef-lettuce-wraps.html Made these last night and my boyfriend, who is notoriously anti-vegetable, loved them and even took some to work for lunch

Roasted garlic okra, balsamic and honey roasted brussell sprouts, bacon and parmesan brussell sprouts, broccoli stir fried with garlic and ginger... I would say to find some flavors you like and just play around with them - experiment with your vegetables in terms of how you prepare them (roast, sautee, steam etc), and…

Low(er) carb deep dish cookie pie! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/05/31/deep-dish-cookie-pie/ Not something I'd eat every day, but I baked it to take to a friend's house for dinner and it was AMAZING! Especially with 3 ingredient, no added sugar, chocolate fudge sauce:…

I'm a sucker for dessert, so I love chocolate covered Katie http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/

It would be 6 eggs in total for a batch of 12 muffins. I substitute some of the eggs with just egg whites to keep the calories down, but you could just as easily use whole eggs. And don't worry if you don't usually like quinoa - you won't even taste it with all the other delicious stuff that's in there

I love the veggie egg muffins, and I also put quinoa in mine. The silicone cups are a must with baking those, so if you plan on making them frequently they're a worthwhile investment. Otherwise I make a batch of burritos with veggies, scrambled eggs/egg whites and cheese, individually wrap them in parchment paper and foil,…

Depending on whether you're looking for sweet or savory, I like these as alternatives to muffins: http://fitfoodiefinds.com/2014/12/pomegranate-oatmeal-snack-cups/ http://www.slenderkitchen.com/quinoa-egg-muffins/

If you want to try bananas in stuff rather than just eating them alone, you could try these too: http://ohsheglows.com/2014/10/24/flourless-thumbprint-breakfast-cookies-vegan-gf/ There is a slight banana flavor to them but it's not very strong, and you could change up the recipe with other spices to cover it if you really…

Oops, sorry that should have said 75mg. Stupid auto correct!

The organic ones in my grocery store say they only have 7pm, so maybe try the organic ones.

Another option of mine is quinoa breakfast muffins 1 cup cooked quinoa 1 cup veggies (whatever you like/have on hand), diced fairly small 2 eggs 4 egg whites 1/2 cup cheese (whichever kind you prefer) Mix everything together and bake in muffin cups. It can be a little sticky, even with the paper cases, so you might want…

Also, if you really want some kind of bread, I really love this flaxseed flatbread: http://www.food.com/recipe/low-carb-flax-flat-bread-427534 This isn't strictly a low calorie recipe, but it is low carb and it's far better calories than you'd be getting from white bread. It's really high in fiber because of the flax seed,…

I like to make a batch of a few different things on a Sunday afternoon and then portion them out for the week. This week it's veggie fried cauliflower rice, butternut squash cauliflower risotto, roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar and honey and snap pea and green pea salad with sesame dressing. My boyfriend and I…

I like to make a batch of burritos and freeze them, then I can grab one on my way out to work and microwave it when I get there. This is the recipe I used this week: 2 eggs 4 egg whites roasted celeriac (about 6 oz) roasted butternut squash (about 3-4 oz) 1/2 red bell pepper 4 asparagus spears 6 small broccoli florets 1/2…

You're all more than welcome to add me. I'm 33, 5'3", currently 116 down from 125lbs after the holidays, mostly low carbing and avoiding processed food. I'm trying to make this more of a lifestyle change than a diet, and would love to get a support system going with you ladies :)
