  • Thanks everyone for your thoughts and comments. :) It sounds like I can stick to what I'm doing since it seems to be working. I'm still working on self control and building a healthy palate. Not sure I could trust myself to go over my calories more than once a month.
  • I might burn half the calories by doing cardio but not always. :/
  • A splurge for me is going over my daily goal. :)
  • I would love to lose 40lbs but I'm focusing on 10 for now. This is day 7 and I've already gone over my allotted 1550 calories. :/ I'm hoping I'll do better tomorrow. Carbs and sugar are definitely hard for me as well. I don't have a very healthy palate.
