Usually I avoid frozen meals, but that actually looks decent.

I love iifym. The first 15lbs that I lost was by following the paleo diet. I do hate restriction though which is why I couldn't consider it a "lifestyle."

I was reading the nutrition facts and it says its 110 calories for 1/4 of the crust. So the whole pizza crust is 440 calories / 12g fat / 16g protein / 72 carbs. I'm still interested in trying it though. Any excuse for pizza.

Some finds from Giant. The only thing I bought was the Garden Lites Zucchini Chocolate Muffins so we see how those are. nt

I finally found these at Giant! They are really soft + a good size. I find the Ole Fiber ones to be thinner.

Has anyone tried these? I haven't had any luck finding them.
