Thanks everyone. Will add you alexpalmer. And dhooddh, DANG! If you can do it, I can, right?! Funny thing ... I lost 21 pounds yesterday. But ... dang ... my scale died. Darn! ;-) And, alexpalmer, you are young ... you have a much faster metabolism and have more calories available to get that protein in.

I was ... a lot less! 50 grams was, for me, a lot of protein! Guess you think I should step it up? After my 40 mile bike ride, it said I should eat something like 160 grams of protein - when this summer comes and I whip off 80 miles, I would have to eat a whole cow! ;-)
