I am from Tulsa, Oklahoma. 68 years old. 69 in November. ugh! 139 # at this time. 5 ft 3 inches, or at least I was at one time. I have lost 30 # since January 3rd but have hit a plateau this past month. I am a retired RN

I have a Vivofit I wear all the time except in the shower. Don't have to bother with charging batteries. I will change them once a year. I can see on the Vivofit how many steps I have taken. Syncs with my fitness pal. Also has Vivofit app for my computer or I Phone.
