Well i wouldn't say wanting to sleep more than 3 1/2 hours is an excuse. I don't have time to go later because I have class and then work. Everyone says not enough sleep will stall your weight loss, so I'm not sure which would have the better outcome.

First of all, you're gorgeous (not to be weird lol) and any guy is going to be lucky to date you. I'm not going to say that guys won't notice your stretch marks, but they won't care (if they are any type of man at all). And once you reach your weight loss goals, your confidence will be so high you'll forget about those…

As long as the resistance is high enough, it won't be the momentum moving you. I love the elliptical. Try HIIT on it. I do intervals where I increase the resistance to about 12-14, squat down, and pedal as fast as I can for about 20-30 seconds. Then I pedal like normal for another 30 seconds and repeat. You can do this…

If you are still a beginner/intermediate, I wouldn't recommend working out the same muscle groups this often. Try 3-4 times a week with a rest day in between

Good luck on your journey! Don't forget, BMI isn't always the best indicator of health, always listen to your body!

I got curious and googled it lol it's about 66 lbs, which is completely reachable! You got this! And I'd love to help be a motivation! Seeing everyone logging their food and exercise really helps me

Thanks for all of the friend requests! I thought I'd mention that I'm majoring in exercise science (almost a senior), so while I'm no where close to having all of the answers, I'd love to help anyone if you have basic health/exercise questions!

I like to add oatmeal, flax seeds, and/or chia seeds to my smoothies. That would be good for you since you won't be able to eat whole foods

I've tried this before and had the same problem. I like making pancakes with 1 banana, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of rolled oats. It's the most filling breakfast I eat. You can leave the oats as is or blend everything together for a smooth batter

The coconut butter worked out fine in the recipe and the cookies had really good flavor. The texture, however, was terrible. I only used coconut flour and I think that was a mistake. I'm going to have to experiment some more and post a complete recipe

I had some difficulty with the batter, but the cookies are currently in the oven! Will update soon!

Thank you so much! Today I reached the halfway mark with my weightloss, so I think the ninja will be my reward!
-
Do you think the ninja is powerful enough to make nut butters? Or should I still invest in a food processor?
-
Yeah vitamix is way out of my budget lol I almost went for a ninja but reviews made me change my mind

Soo this has nothing to do with dinner, but I just made breakfast quinoa cups (found on Pinterest) and they were super helpful for when I have early classes or just don't feel like making breakfast. You could eat them for lunch or dinner too if you'd like. You just mix cooked quinoa with eggs, meat, cheese, veggies and pop…

I've been getting really tired of eating oatmeal for breakfast, so today I made oatmeal pancakes! It's just 1/4c rolled oats, 1 ripe banana, and 1 egg. I topped it with almond butter and it was delicious! You can also blend those ingredients so it's a smoother batter like normal pancakes. Also, if you have a sweet tooth…
