  • I take melatonin. I've been losing weight very consistently. Question - do you weigh your food?
  • Buy a scale. You can get one on Amazon for about 15 bucks. Will make your life much easier. Will add a lot of confidence in what you're doing. You'll know, pretty exactly, how many cals you're actually eating.
  • Eat only a portion of your meal. Maybe just eat half. Take the rest home and eat it the next day.
  • I hop on the scale every morning. I do this to hold myself accountable; however, I understand this isn't the most accurate measure of success - especially in a short term context. Gaining .4 pounds is nothing. Seriously. Look at the bigger picture.
