I want to join:) I also have a big problem with binge eating and cravings. I'm trying to get back to 132-135lbs by summer. Giving myself 3 months and trying the 5:2 diet for the first month:)

hey, I'm also trying to lose the 15-20 lbs I gained this pass year, Trying the 5:2 diet and light exercise for the month of March and hopefully that starts me off right:)

I;m also trying to lose vanity pounds but mine's around 15 pounds lol, somehow went from 135 to 152, I'm 5'9 so its only visible in certain area, i.e. face and tummy. I'm going to try the 5:2 diet for a month and see how that works out:)
