Totally awesome!!! I have a rare athritis also. Understand your struggles. I can't take thier meds. Only thing I've found to help is a vegan diet. Takes a few weeks, but no pain or no flares. Don't give up. You'll get there!

Back on low carb. Lost 6lbs. Was down to 216 and hurt knee at gym. Shot in knee put me up to 248. What a set back since just last june.I haven't been this weight in 3 years! I knew better. No running on tread mills and absolutely no more cortisol shots! Won't give up. Standing firm on this.
