Im 4'11, 128lbs. Ive been eating around 1200-1500 and doing cardio/strength training 4-5 days a week. Started counting calories about 5 weeks ago, have lost 5 lbs so far, BF% has gone down from 36.2% to 28.2% which means my lean mass has actually gone up 7.6lbs. :)
