This is really great everyone-okay new question: how do you fall in love with exercise? Or get to the point where you're not dreading it? Many have posted scheduling and going to the gym at off times which I've tried and doesn't work for me. Any other ideas? Thank you!!

There's a lot of great replies here-thank you! I have tried zumba and loved it for a while-but classes aren't offered at good times. I'm working on joining a club field hockey team.
