First of all thank you to everyone for the kind compliments! :) I found it helped to fluctuate. But it all depends on how much you weigh and how many calories you burn a day. I stuck between 1400- 1200 a day while losing. To maintain I stay under 2000. But you have to log your calories or you will go over. It's Very Easy…

I put my 2 yr old in the stroller and my 6 yr old on his bike and we just took off. I walked and eventually started to do a little jogging. If I got outside I was more likely to get going.
