  • im somewhere in between 195 and 200 i get like 220 to 300 grams a day
  • i like mine microwaved for about 15 seconds, or i just leave it in my car baking in the sun for 2 hours while im in the gym
  • ive lost 4 pounds and its only been a week!!! just been putting in hours at the gym every day (lifting + cardio), limiting my carbs, and eating lots of protein!! I have about 20 pounds to go but i wouldn't mind dropping 30
