I dont do the whole cheat day/meal. I dont crave burgers and pizza much anymore. (Then again I havent eaten red meat in 7 years so that contributes to lack of indulgence) Instead, when I want something sweet Ill go get froyo. Or if I want something salty, Ill have miso soup lol

-whole wheat/grain dry cereal 1/2 cup is about 100 calories. -fruit slices -string cheese -protein bars/ granola bars Im not much of a crunch snacker, between meals I just have a piece of fruit.

To be honest, I was always more of a tea fan, but ever since I started my weight loss journey, Ive had a craving for coffee? It satisfies my hunger/sweet tooth at night. It's so bizarre. I just add 4 tablespoons of skim milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. I only allow myself to drink it once a week though, sometimes even less.…
