I would recommend barbell squats. They tone you all over and really help build endurance.

When I wake up I'll have something light because I run for an hour straight then lift: -1/4 serving of oatmeal with frozen berries Or -1/2 piece of fruit After, Im not hungry and Ill fast until 2-3pm

If you have a sweet tooth I would recommend avoiding refined desserts like snack cakes, pies and cookies. Instead buy some dark chocolate, dried fruit (like banana chips), peanut butter. Well in my case, im a vegan and i just cut gluten and refined sugar from my diet. So its pretty managable to eat 1200 calories but i do sometimes go to sleep with a food baby.

This ^^^ For the first time in my life I passed a math class in college and it inspired me to pursue medicine! I was taking 16 credits, am part of student counsil, have friends, would wake up at 4am to workout, i counted calories, etc. I ended up relapsing into my eating disorder, and i had a mental breakdown that led to at home care for a while. PLEASE be careful. I am sorry but you cannot have it all without lagging in one area…

Like someone said, greek yogurt, and meditaranin food in general I have grown to absolutely love. I eat hummus, legumes, greek yogurt, feta, fish, on a daily basis. I cant imagine how i used to think top ramen and frozen french toast was dinner!

Ive had the fitbit charge and now i have the fitbit hr and i love them both! They are super easy to understand and sync up to my phone. Also they beep when youve reached your step goal!

Anything grilled or asada! Chicken fajitas, asada tacos in corn tortillas etc. Just avoid the cheesy, fried and carby stuff like enchiladas, taquitos, sopes etc

Lol gurl you dont know the acual struggle. Ive lost 3.6 stone and went from a giant D to a AA and my boob are so saggy. Im talking stretch marks, nips pointing down, jiggle, floppy pancakies. But whatevs.

Is there a reason why your carb contious? Why not instead of counting macros you count calories? That way you can eat everything you want.
