Hi, I'm looking to start working on my arms, back, thighs, and stomach areas. I was wondering what kind of exercises would be helpful to start off with? ( Everything jiggles)

Pilates is a great low impact core workout!!0

To remove the jiggle (AKA fat) you need to be consistent with your diet, and eat at a calorie deficit. This will help uncover the muscle underneath and make you look more defined.
I would incorporate resistance training whilst doing that to help maintain muscle.3 -
Thank you for the tips and I will begin this tomorrow.0

I would recommend barbell squats. They tone you all over and really help build endurance.1
