It took me about 20 pounds to lose one jean size. So I went from a size 9 to 7. But then after that I started losing very rapidly and before I knew it I was a size 0

I wouldnt recommend calorie dense foods/snacks to people who are still losing weight only because you get a small quantity for the large amount of calories. Try eating more fruits and veggies and buy a food scale!

It depends on your bone density & where u carry ur fat. However there comes a point where if you get small enough, you WILL fit into the small sizes, but if your body isnt up for it, there can be a lot of consequences and health effects. Ex: Im pretty medium/big boned. So my body was most comfortable wearing size 3 jeans.…

Ive gotten fatter, but weight the same. Ive been maintaining for about 7ish months and My weight fluncuates between 100-105, but physically I look fatter than when I was cutting. I dont do anything but cardio btw. Im too insecure to lift at the gym imo

I feel like my face shape and fullness looks the same, but just the makeup is different. Idk but Im more happy now anyways :blush:

About 2-4 pounds. In the mornings Ill weigh 101 pounds and by the evening ill be 104. It also depends on what ive eaten too. For some reason dairy makes me heavier lol ALL THAT ICE CREAM

When I first started I did, but after a year and a half, i know my body and how much I need to eat. Turns out mfp is off my about 300 calories :)

Fiber, starches and dairy get me bloated. Keep an eye on those. Drink more water if you do eat a lot of fiber.

As much as you and I want to believe that online data is 100% accurate, its not :/ My fitbit caused me to gain weight at the high amount of calories it told me to consume. In the end, it was about 300 calories off.

Im not a snob about it lol. Whatever taste good with my morning pastry. I love the Coconut micha k cups or kaluha. When im on the go, Ill take a mcdonalds coffee :)

I workout 5x a week, sometimes due to class I can only make 3. When I do, its just about 2 hours of cardio.

Yep Im 5'1, 100 pounds and if everyday I reach my step goal of 10,000, and I do not workout, then I eat 1800 calories. On the days that I do an hour of cardio as well, I eat 2000 calories. And on lazy Sundays, I eat around 1400-1500! :)

Refried beans, or if you don't want the added oil, I simply boil my beans and make my own burrito bowls, or I make taco salad :)

Breakfast will be homemade French toast, and lunch will hopefully be a veggie sandwich with pretzels :smiley:

Thats way too low. Im 5 feet and eat over 2000 calories a day, with 2 hours of cardio.

5'1 I started at 148 lbs and i am now 100 pounds. At first i was eating 1350 and now i am eating 1400-1800. It took me 7ish months to lose 50 pounds.

To be honest, Quest Bars are my bad food lol I can eat a whole box in one week

Chamomile tea and lean meats. I have peptic ulcers so i was put in a gluten free diet in order to avoid inflammatory . So this means no carbs and no fried foods. I also avoid lemons, heavy spices such as curry, chilie and pepper. Also avoid milk!

Bars and shakes, beans(pinto, garbanzo, black), tofu, lentils, seeds, nuts.

Chamomile tea, ginger tea, exercise, cut out any dairy, fried and over processed foods. Also drink warm/ hot water with your meals. It aids in digestion, relieves gas and helps loosen stool.

Fats dont make you fat. You just dont know the serving size of the foods your were eating.

I hate peanut butter thats not paired on a jelly sandwich. Like in chocolate, or cereal, or baked goods. Just no! I also dont find the appeal of ranch, ketchup, siracha, bbq. I like simple toppings/condiments like lemon and vinaigrette.
