Its accurate if a person is very overweight. Otherwise machines tend to overestimate calories burned by about 100. I would recommend a heart rate tracker.

Update: Ive acually lost some weight and finally got my period during these past four days.(I was 3 months late) I guess skipping the gym does the body good once in a while, especially when you go 6x a week xD

I was either thinking the back(shoulder blade) or the side of my belly/hip. The tattoo I want looks good in both places but I figured the back hurts less? lol And I have small boobs so I usually dont wear a bra.

Frame and bone size has a lot to do with it. I'm considered underweight for my bone size and I still cant fit into a size 0 or 00 because I'm just too thick.

Definitely try nonfat greek yogurt. I like to add almonds, cinnamon, and low fat granola <3 The protein from the yogurt, the healthy fats from the almonds, the antioxidants from the cinnamon and the sugar from the granola.

I dont take anything to help my workouts. However I do take prenatals for any vitamins I might not be getting. And because I cant take a regular multi vitamin because I get rashes with biotin.

I am going through some stressful events but I usually dont let it bother me. (Parent stuff) However Since my classes began again I have been pulling all nighters and eating more like granola bars and junk. I still stay under my calories but its mostly pre packaged foods.

Ive been doing that routine since mid August until now. And I only started to feel dizzy last week.to be honest I just thought I was consuming too much Aspartame. But I cut that out and I still feel sick :/

Yessss! Im 5'1 and I maintain at 105. The worst part I think is the clothing. Nothing seems to fit right, everything is either too boxy, too flowy or to long! However, my go-to place for jeans is target! They make 28in in seam jeggings that fir perfecty!

Yea, I mean if Im not hungry during the day why force the food in? At night is when Im no longer busy and its when I get the most hungry and acually enjoy food.

When I was 15 I stopped eating after 7pm and lost about 20 pounds that way. But its all about deficit. I must have been eating less than I was burning.

I did that maybe 1 year ago and honestly I lost 10 pounds it was awesome xD This time around though I did things the slow and steady way :)

Agree! During the fall/winter I have classes so all that stress and time consuming homework doesnt really give me time to eat. But during the summer, its all you can eat burgers, hotdogs, watermelon and lounging around.
