Why dont u have energy? Are you not eating well? Are tou liking certain vitamins? Do you not sleep sufficiantly?

What worked for me wa I went down one or two sizes in sporta bras so that my boobs would be nice and squished against my chest. It didnt look flattering but I dont care considering I go to the gym to get fit not find a wife.

Same here! I see calorie counting and exercise as a lifestyle and I acually love it. Im ocd so planning ahead of time is so much fun to me. I guess losing weight and becoming fit comes naturally to some people.

I'm 5'0 1/2 and my goal weight is 90-100 pounds. My first goal weight was 115 pounds but I still looked pretty big imo I started at 148 lbs and im currently at 108ish

Well before July I wasnt giving myself rest days. So i noticed it when I gave myself Sunday and since I upped my calorie intake. So about a month.

Eating 1350 calories and exercising 5x a week! I would lose 2 pounds a week. Now I eat 1500 calories and exercise 7x a week and Im losing about 1 pound a week.

I second this. I lost over 30 pounds and I still have really low self esteem and a lot of issues orz. Before losing weight I would suggest taking care of your personal issues first then your weight. Does anyone have any tips on gaining muscle? I really want to lose body fat but I'm having a hard time figuring out how many calories I should be eating. Im 5'1 and 110-114 pounds. Lol okay Ill up my intake jeeze u guys make it seem like im gonna kick and scream before I take some food. Like i love food and get full fast thats why i never felt the need to try to eat more. You guys are so dramatic.

Mfp calculates that I have to eat 1230 calories a day... But that doesnt sound right either. I dont know, I guess Ill just up my calories and see what works for me

Fitbit is mainly for tracking steps and exercise and used for motivation. You cant get an accurate calorie deficit using it.

Yea fitbit is not accurate when it comes to creating a calorie deficit. i tried to follow it and I ended up gaining 2 pounds. Just use fitbit for tracking steps and exercise and mfp for food intake.
