Calorie cycling is when you eat way below your bmr for about three days, then for two days eat like 1900 calories. Then drop again to like 1200. Its great for the metabolism!!

This is a 3.5 month change. I started in february Sw:148 Cw:120 Gw:110 I first was eating 1450 calories, and now im down to 1250. And its no prob :)

This took about 3.5 months. My goal weight is 110 pounds, but if I dont like the way I look I might go down or up depending. ;)

20 pounds in 2 months. I still need to lose 20 more pounds though.

When I go out to eat I usually stick to soup or salad or fruit.

I just know that I get much fuller much quicker these days.

Like everyone said no one can answer this. But based on my experience, I lost 2.5 inches off my waist in 2 months. But thats based on a lot of things, such as my body shape, my exersice routine, my diet, had i just pooped etc.

Same here xD But Ive found that a granola bar with a cup of coffee satisfies me greatly! lol
