I am 5ft and 126lbs. I have lost 10 lbs on 1200 cals but have been stuck on the same weight for the past three weeks. I spin twice a week, and treadmill for 30 mins three times. Am thinking of increasing calories to shift some more, just a bit hesitant at the moment.

Thank you all, yes i do use generic entries as most of the evening meals are homemade. I am still also eating carbs and wonder if i should not. I think having lost 5lbs i thought that would continue each month, so will reasses my deadline. This week i have tried to mix up the gym a bit and am including strength exercises.…
