I love the PF near me. I am older and out of shape but I don't feel intimidated when I go to the gym. It is clean, the machines are always in good repair and the staff can not be beat.

This week's successes: walked 15 miles over the whole week. This week's challenges: Stop eating junk food and stick to only unprocessed foods.

This challenge is great for me. Day before yesterday was the first day I counted steps. Got in 6500 steps. Yesterday I got in 9843. So today I think I will actually hit 10,000 which was my original goal.

Last year I had a sleep study done and it was one of the best things I have done for myself. I now use a CPAP machine and normally get between 7-8 hours of sleep every night. I used to only get 3-4 and was exhausted all the time. Please do the study and follow up. I think you will be very pleased if you do.

Hello everyone. I did the JJ Virgin 2 years ago and lost 45 pounds. I then put 10 lbs back on and have now just completed my 3 weeks of elimination. In the past 3 weeks I have lost 9 pounds.
