To be completely honest I didn't change my eating habits whatsoever. I still eat fast food, drink soda and eat sweets. I did however cut back on the soda though.

I'm 5'6 and at first I started with the conventional Flat Bench, Squat and Curls. I realized it wasn't working well, so I gave myself enough determination to go big. I went online and researched for a few days. Then came up with my very own first regiment. It was a lot of 5x5's and 4x10's. As I got stronger, I wanted more…
