I hear you!! Looking to lose 40+ pounds. I am down 10 pounds in a week and half though! Just by counting calories and watching what I put in my mouth! It was even my birthday yesterday and I splurged and had a piece of cake. No weight loss today, but it's ok. Let's do this!! It's not easy, but so worth it!!

I have been on here for 11 days and have lost over 10 pounds. I have not started working out yet, just counting calories and watching what I am putting in my mouth. I am a mother of 2 and a student and need to figure out how to find motivation to work out too. I do not want to pay for a gym membership and then never use it.
