I don't think the body loses weight only from a certain place so it is normal for you to not see drastic results in 4 weeks (if you do then that is amazing)

I used to have a similar problem. Now i follow the apple or nothing rule. If I'm hungry enough to eat an apple (or some other fruit/ veggie) I eat it. If I'm not hungry enough to have an apple, I drink water. You can do it! :smiley:

Things like turmeric and cinnamon will curve your appetite if you aren't thinking of doing "serious exercise" Look up turmeric rice recipes!
