I'm 5' 32 years old and currently 136. I have been averaging 1340-1350 for the last 2 months and am maintaining with light exercise (walking mostly). My goal is loss, so I definitely need to lower to begin losing again.

I just started the Beginner Shred yesterday. I had been researching how to log it for several days and settled on logging it as calisthenics vs. aerobics. Aerobics is more of a cardio workout. Level 1 of Beginner Shred is definitely more calisthenics - (less cardio, more bodyweight exercises). :-)

I started this today! I logged it as calisthenics - moderate. After no working out at all for the last year it's definitely a great way for me to get back into exercising without killing myself or giving up because it's too hard! (I also have 30 day shred but wasn't ready to jump into that yet).
