I did the same thing and still the same now for 2 months I started at 157 now 138 hit my platue so I'm regrouping started a whole new workout and hoping to shock my body into loosing again cause that's what you have to do. I was on a routine and I'm changing food as well good luck

I'm 5,3 started at 157 now I'm 140 goal weight is 120 to 125 I've hit a platau and my body is not giving up anymore I've done everything to jump start it again changed workouts weights you name. Very frustrating

Been very busy with hunting season going on so haven't logged for a bit but I went up it weights so def getting stronger and have lost 2 more pounds. Just keep keepin on enjoy your weekend.

Taken a much needed 2 weeks off from working out . Hit a plateau and was so over it from working out lol but as of Monday fresh vibes and recharged glad I stuck with eating healthy I lost 2 pounds! So guess I did a good thing enjoy your weekend everyone.
