  • Hello, I apologize, I've not heard of the WOE. Although I am following the Atkins, I have in the past and presently had success with this type of eating lifestyle. Love to hear about the success your having. I am Tom by the way.... :)

  • I take 1000mg of L -Glutamine along with 1000 mg of Cinnamon 4 times a day. They curb sugar cravings. If your cravings are because your just hungry, try upping your protein intake and back off the hi sugar foods as protein satiates your hunger. Good luck, hope it helps you like it did for me.
