  • I use vanilla pure protein. I get it at sams club. I like the taste and it’s not too high in calories for the amount of protein. I blend a scoop of it with a frozen banana (sometimes half), ice, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. I usually add cinnamon, cocoa powder, and/or pb2.
  • I made my regular weigh in day on Saturday, so it tends to curb my Thursday and Friday nights eating out. Like others, I stick to wine and vodka and club soda.   • I had the best salad. Wish I would have taken a picture. Spinach, arugula, chick peas, roasted butternut squash, yellow and orange tomatoes, avocado, and a little goat cheese.
  • My favorite is a scoop of vanilla protein powder, half of a frozen banana, a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a dash of cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add a spoonful of peanut butter.
