And it'll track the percentages over time, it stores your user profile. I can't accurately do the measurement/calculation myself via website so that's my solution and it was a good choice.

I just ordered a fancy scale from Amazon, Ozeri Touch II Total Body Scale, and it calculates body fat, water, muscle and bone percentages and comes with an instructive manual on what it all means. It's super useful and very accurate. It was a solid $35 investment. I recommend it.
