I experienced this not too long ago. The scale while addicting to hop on and see doesnt tell your whole fitness story. Are your clothes fitting the same? Do you do any weight training? Do you ever mix up your cardio or just bike?

I use a shower cap. Dry shampoo is wonderful. I'll use that then a quick 30 second blow dry on a cool setting. Rinse off - luke warm water...go as cold as you can handle. Only soap up what needs to be soaped. I get really dry skin but after I rinse I use that jergens lotion meant for wet skin - it's awesome.
