Tortilla chips, in any form, but most especially carne asada nachos. I could eat them all day.

I love Red Robin though I've been avoiding it recently. LOL. I always get the Royal Red Robin. So good and the fries can just keep on coming.

Just got back from my work holiday party. Didn't have dessert and kept to my calorie goal for my meal. I've never been able to do that before. I'm so jazzed.

I reached my first 10k by typing on a keyboard. LOL. Playing piano will also "bolster" your step count.

Omg! This for days! If I hear one more "Paleo, organic gluten free, hemp only, fruitarian, master cleanse" lecture from people, I'm going to scream. At this point, I've lost over 100 pounds. I think I got a lock on the process. Whereas you(general you, not you OP) are not dieting, overweight and trying to tell me how I…

Total since 2015 = a 2 month old horse Total according to MFP = an irish setter When I'm at goal, I will have lost Arnold Schwarzenegger and a human head, or possibly a house cat, depending on whether I adjust my goal weight by then.

This is so inspiring! Well done, you. Makes me wish I had kept my biggest clothes for comparison when I'm at goal as well.

I take a multivitamin and probiotic. They're gummies so they're like 35 calories total. Oh the irony.

Congratulations on awesome progress! Keep going!

Great transformation already. Congrats!

This spreadsheet is magnificent. Thanks so much for sharing. Can't wait to start seeing some trends. Many thanks and all the positive energy towards your success on your weight loss journey.

This morning, I had to put a new hole in my belt. It's officially way too big. Still want to get some more miles out of it. It feels like such an accomplishment. I'm shrinking out of my old clothes and I shall never return to them.

Yes, it is definitely not a linear experience. My weight is funny. I'll go without losing for a week but my clothes continue to feel looser and I feel lighter. Then the scale plummets and I go "Oh, that feels like a good new number." Then the process starts all over again. I swear my body converts my fat weight to water…

Awesome job!

Wow 4 months? I need to step up my game. :-) Thanks for the inspiration and congratulations!
-
Very well done, sir! Congratulations!

Great job! That's some serious goals for me. Way down the line, but goals. You must be proud of your results.

My partner and I went to San Francisco for a turn around trip after Thanksgiving. We took the Bay Cruise Tour and it was raining and we both ended up soaked. So we're scrambling off the boat and my partner suggests we go buy a couple hoodies so we don't walk around in wet shirts. I immediately remind him I can't wear…

Lunch for sure. Breakfast and dinner are both light. I try to finish dinner before 6 pm.

I started way north of 400, pretty close to 5 actually so it took a long time to notice anything. I think after about 60 pounds, I started to notice that walking was easier, and that my back pain was less. Now at over 90 pounds lost, people are starting to comment that I'm getting "skinny." I'm a pretty tall guy too so…

I walked to the bank and back from my workplace today, about a half mile each way. Made it there and back, business completed, in 40 minutes and wasn't at all winded or discomforted. When I first started losing weight, I couldn't walk for 10 minutes continuously without pain or needing to rest. I can't believe I've come…

Funnily enough for me, it's this one restaurant that I would frequent often. It's one of those "really bad for you" Mexican places where you can order the bucket of nachos smothered with carne asada, pico, guac, beans, sour cream, and enough cheese to feed California. Those nachos were my go to pig out food with a couple…

Getting to 20 pounds lost by Christmas. 4 pounds in! Let's do this!

I cannot WAIT for this day to happen. Flying has been agony for me. Congrats!
-
Omg so inspiring. <3 Congrats on your success. You are definitely #goals What kind of daily calorie amount were you using, if I may ask? We're about the same height although I have further to go and I'm always wondering how guys my size/height succeeded. Again, congrats.

Funnily enough, it's the next 90 pounds. That will be put me below 300 pounds for the first time since college. Then another 90 pounds to put me below 200, which I haven't been in God know's how long. I break it up into 10 pound mini goals with some incentives after each one that I buy myself or my partner has ideas for…

Just counting calories and walking. I didn't make any huge dietary changes except for cutting down on fast food although these days it's still my breakfast because I can't ever manage to get up early. Otherwise, it was just being consistent. When I overindulge, I get right back to my program the next day. Nowadays, I can't…

About a 90 pnd difference so far. Still a long way to go.

Thanks ladies. Any encouragement helps and that thread link was amazing. Definitely going back to read that when my mind starts to wander. Yeah, I think it's all about building habits that I can keep for a long time. I'm eating what I want but within my calories and, eventually, within my macros. I've tried Paleo, Atkins,…

So inspiring, my friend. Awesome work.
