What's up.... Maybe it's time you looked at your diet? Looks like you found an exercise you like, cross country is pretty stellar, and if your having problems losing weight but eating at a caloric defict, then you might be having some problems with certain foods your ingesting?

If you read what you posted, you have your answer, you eat more calories, your going to gain weight, tell you the actual truth your under weight as well, your ideal weight for your height should be around 145-165 somewhere in there. So hope that helps.

That's good, shows you have commitment and drive, that's what you need, although if I can give you one piece of advice, figure out how many calories you burn doing that, cause you should probably be eating more, that's basically strength training and cardio rolled into one, I bet you burn a lot doing those workouts. Good for you two ladies, I tried one session of that and said the hell with this, but whatever is fun for you do it, don't make it complicated and eat the food you enjoy and that makes your body work ar the best capacity, don't get into all the science crap, measure and listen to your body!!! Chicken, beef, beans, protein shake.. Just try to keep it simple, eggs are also a good source, greek yogurt, tons of stuff, eat what works for your body and enjoy your life, don't stress too much on the science crap. Spend your time in better ways! Happy Valentine's Day!
