Did pretty good for January lost about 3 lbs. I joined MFP about 10 days ago. I used to do WW (they got to be to much of a hassle. February goals: Walk more, get to the gym at least 3 times a week. Looses some more lbs. Get ready for fun run/walk in March it's one mile. Susan Jacksonville, NC

I think that walking is a good way to get in some exercise. Right now that's how I am getting mine.
